The Whitecaps are seeking an intern to act as: Webcast Coordinator
The Webcast Coordinator will assist in coordinating and managing the web casting of a minimum of 22 home games. This number may be greater based on the team’s participation in the CCBL playoffs. The assignment begins in early June and will conclude in early to mid August. All home games use cameras and fiber optic facilities to capture a complete video production that is broadcast via the team’s website and is cablecast over public access channels in Brewster and across the Lower Cape. The Coordinator will work under the direction of an experienced volunteer broadcast professional and will liaise with our broadcast partners and on air talent. Familiarity/experience with live video production software is a definite plus. Post production editing skills that would create content for use on the team’s social media outlets are highly valued. Whitecaps Broadcast Team for 2019
The Whitecaps are pleased to have Frankie Vernouski and Austin Render
as our play by play team for the 2019 season.
Vernouski, a rising junior at Syracuse’s Newhouse School, has a solid broadcasting background and was a broadcaster for the 2018 Atlantic League champion Sugarland Skeeters (independent ball).
Render, a rising sophomore at Indiana University, has experience in a variety of collegiate sports
media and last summer was a media intern for the Fort Wayne TinCaps of the Midwest League
(SD Padres affiliate).

Roy Bowler, returns to the Whitecaps for a second season. A communications major at Marquette University. Roy will be our social media manager.
Liam Oram , Videographer, Oklahoma State
Koki Riley, returns to the Whitecaps for a third season. Koki will be our Journalist, Arizona State
